As Parents, it’s not always easy to spot the signs of depression, anxiety, stress and sadness in our own children. That’s why Flagler Health+ Care Connect and the St. Johns County School District, with support from THE PLAYERS championship have teamed up to create BRAVE; a program that encourages area youth to get in touch with their mental health, be open to receiving help and access the care they need right away.
BRAVE has the resources your family needs, including access to a 24-hour crisis text line, care coordination and navigation services, virtual mental health counseling and more.
