Behavior Technicians

Behavior technicians are non-instructional who have training in the skills of Applied Behavior Analysis (defining behavior, collecting data, implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans). They support several schools and coach staff through demonstration of skills, observation, and feedback. Behavior technicians report to an ESE Program Specialist at the district office. They also receive ongoing supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to maintain their skills.
