Applications for Controlled Open Enrollment (COE) transfers may be completed electronically or downloaded from the Guidance and Choice section of the website. If you wish to apply to more than one school, a separate application is required for each child and each available school of choice. It is important to note that the current COE Window is open to students currently in KG-8th grade ONLY! ALL SJCSD High Schools are excluded due to operating at full capacity.
