Students in VPK / Pre-K are not eligible for controlled open enrollment at this time. However, current VPK/Pre-K students moving to kindergarten, are eligible to apply for a controlled open enrollment seat during window 3.
This application is for Controlled Open Enrollment (COE) applicants only and cannot be used for Academy/Program of interest requests, Gifted, ESE Special Program transfer requests, Hardship requests or Address Changes.
Applications for Window 1 will be available Monday, November 2nd at 12am through November 13, 2026 11:59pm.
Currently Enrolled SJCSD Student Application
For students currently attending a St. Johns County Public School. This application utilizes Parent Square.
Kindly note that the word 'Approved' will appear after the system has approved the submission of your application. This is not a lottery status. Award notifications will be e-mailed the week of November 16th.
Non-SJCSD Student Application
For applicants who live outside of St. Johns County OR who live inside of St. Johns County but are not currently enrolled in a St. Johns County Public School. This application utilizes Microsoft Forms.
