Home Education students are not required to participate in state testing, however they do have the option to participate in state testing to use scores for their annual evaluation. Students who register but submitting paperwork below will test at their zoned school and should contact their school’s testing coordinator (check school website for TC contact information or call school’s main number) for information on testing window dates, arrival times, etc. as these vary from school-to-school. The Home Education department does not have this information, nor can the Home Ed department provide you with the Florida Form 680 immunization form or copies of your most recent IEP/504 plan to register for testing. You should contact your student’s last attended zoned school to pull from your child’s cumulative folder if you need these documents to register for testing.
Note: PEP students do not register for testing through the district Home Education office. Please contact your zoned school testing coordinator directly for more information.
