Leadership & Professional Learning

The Department of Leadership &  Professional Learning will coordinate opportunities for every employee to increase knowledge, skills, and processes that promote a culture where all adults and students can achieve their greatest potential.

The focus of the Triple EEE system in St. Johns County School District is to improve the quality of instruction in order to advance student growth and academic achievement. This will be accomplished by establishing an evaluation system comprised of components which include gathering data, sharing information, and providing opportunities for professional growth centered around the Marzano frameworks.

These include workshops, seminars, and online courses focused on best practices in teaching, technology integration, and classroom management. Endorsement courses in St. Johns County School District offer educators additional credentials to enhance their qualifications in specific instructional areas. These endorsements allow teachers to specialize in areas such as reading, gifted education, and ESOL.
