This Controlled Open Enrollment (COE) application is for applicants who currently attend a St. Johns County Public School. This includes current SJCSD VPK students. This application utilizes Parent Square. Kindly note that the word 'Approved' will appear after the system has approved the submission of your application. This is not a lottery status. Award notifications will be e-mailed the week of April 20th.

This Controlled Open Enrollment (COE) application is for applicants who live outside of St. Johns County OR who live inside of St. Johns County, but are not currently enrolled in a St. Johns County Public School. This application utilizes Microsoft Forms.
