Attendance Zone Locator
This feature allows you to enter an address and select its match from the list that appears. After selecting, the school zones will be determined and the results will appear. If a list of addresses fails to appear, type the address completely and then click the search button found on the right. If you need help using the Attendance Zone Locator, please contact St. Johns County’s GIS Staff.
Please note: The “2025-2026 Attendance Zone Locator for 8th Grade Only” is only applicable to areas that have been zoned to attend the new school opening for the 2025-2026 School Year: Hallowes Cove Academy. This school will open with Grades K-7 in its first year.

A School Board Workshop and two Town Hall meetings are scheduled to discuss potential Attendance Zoning changes to create new attendance zones for K-8 Schools QQ and RR. Both K-8 Academies are under construction and planned to open for the 2026-2027 School Year. K-8 School QQ is located within the SilverLeaf development at 800 Courtney Vista Drive. K-8 School RR is located within the Nocatee development at 1515 Conservation Trail.
The meetings will take place as follows:
- Tuesday, September 2nd at the School Board Workshop to be held at 9 a.m. This meeting will be in person and in a Virtual format on WebEx. Instructions to join the virtual School Board Workshop will be posted on the District’s website. The public may also attend the meeting in person at the St. Johns County School District Auditorium located at 40 Orange Street, St. Augustine, FL 32084.
- Tuesday, September 2nd at 6 p.m. in person at Allen D. Nease High School Auditorium located at 10550 Ray Road.
- Thursday, September 4th at 6 p.m. in person at Tocoi Creek High School Auditorium located at 11200 St. Johns Parkway.
The proposed zoning plans will be released and discussed at the School Board Workshop, along with an opportunity for the public to provide comments. The same presentation will be made at the Workshop and both Town Hall Meetings. School Board members and district staff will be in attendance at all three meetings.
At this time, the proposals for attendance zone changes are expected to impact elementary, K-8 and middle school students in the county. These proposals are expected to impact the current attendance zones and students at Wards Creek Elementary, Liberty Pines Academy, Mill Creek Academy, Pine Island Academy, Trout Creek Academy and Pacetti Bay Middle School.
