M/J Comprehensive Science 1 Accelerated Honors

Corequisite: M/J 6th grade Advanced Math. The purpose of this accelerated course is to provide opportunity for the student to study all 6th grade Advanced Science standards and half of the 8th grade Advanced Standards. Students will study concepts of life, earth/space and environmental science, and chemistry standards from grade 8. The course moves at an accelerated rate. Students who complete this course will take M/J Comprehensive Science 2 Accelerated if they are concurrently enrolled in Algebra 1 Honors in grade 7.
