This Feature Friday we’re shining a spotlight on Darnitah Moultrie, Behavior Interventionist at Webster Elementary School, a true champion for students and positive change! Ms. Moultrie goes above and beyond to create a culture where students are encouraged, recognized, and celebrated for making positive choices. From strengthening the PBIS program to building community partnerships and securing creative initiatives through grant writing, she is always finding innovative ways to support students. What truly sets Ms. Moultrie apart is her ability to build genuine connections with students, especially those who need encouragement the most. As the leader of Webster’s behavior team, Mrs. Moultrie leads with heart, energy, and purpose. Her ability to connect with students, meet them where they are, and help them see their own potential is truly remarkable.
