Facility Use Requests
The St. Johns County School District has implemented a new online facility use request system in partnership with Facilitron. The system is now live and available for all schools. Moving forward, all facility use requests must be submitted through Facilitron.
Using the Facilitron system, facility use requests can be easily submitted online. Users can view photos and descriptions of facilities, check availability, obtain estimated quotes, and pay invoices – all in one place.

Facilitron will collect and verify required proof of insurance and process all payments, which can be submitted via major credit card, ACH/eCheck, PayPal, or by check.
For individuals or organizations that recently rented school district facilities prior to the transition to Facilitron, an account may have been created on your behalf. In such cases, an automated email from Facilitron.com was sent with instructions for setting up your password and accessing your Facilitron renter account.
