Welcome to the Professional Learning Certification Program (PLCP) for the St. Johns County School District. 

Our Mission: To support new and developing teachers in the St. Johns County School District by providing on-going assistance in pedagogy to meet their specific needs.

Program Qualifications:

  • Must be a full-time, K-12 Classroom Teacher with St. Johns County School District. 
  • Must hold a temporary teaching certificate from the Florida Department of Education.
