Legal Guardians must apply in person at the Head Start office with the required documents. Applications for Open Enrollment are accepted at the Early Childhood Services Office located at The Excelsior Museum and Cultural Center everyday Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
