The St. Johns County School District\u2019s policy prohibiting bullying and harassment defines bullying as\u00a0<strong>systematically\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>chronically<\/strong>\u00a0inflicting physical hurt or psychological distress on one or more students.
