Likewise, the law requires noninstructional contractors and vendors to undergo a criminal background check for clearance to work at schools.<\/p><p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stjohns.k12.fl.us\/board\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2019\/07\/6_104.pdf\">School Board Rule 6.104<\/a> <\/strong>governs the background screening of prospective District employees.
