{"id":165,"date":"2016-03-17T14:30:20","date_gmt":"2016-03-17T18:30:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.stjohns.k12.fl.us\/screening\/?page_id=165"},"modified":"2022-10-14T08:57:44","modified_gmt":"2022-10-14T12:57:44","slug":"fssr","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.stjohns.k12.fl.us\/screening\/fssr\/","title":{"rendered":"FSSR Request Procedure"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left\">Contractors who have been fingerprinted within the past five years by another Public School District in the State of Florida, must be reviewed and cleared by St. Johns County School District.<br \/>\nContractor MUST submit this request either via email or by phone.\u00a0 This request should include legal name, date of birth, last 4-digits of the social security number and a copy of the front and back of the contractor badge.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">This applies to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Consultants<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Instructional\/Tutor\/Counseling Personnel<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Staffing agency placements-food service &amp;\/or custodial<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Researchers<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Trades doing warrantee work on active campuses<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">TSA Vendors<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Therapist<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Landscapers<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Construction<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Trades Work<\/li>\n<li>All others not listed\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff\"><br \/>\n<\/span>To have access to any of our schools\/sites, a contractor must have clearance with St. Johns County School District.
