G rated movies do not require a parent\/guardian to sign permission forms.<\/li>\n<li>Only 1 movie\/TV show per permission form is allowed.<\/li>\n<li>PG-13 movies may not be shown to students under 13 years of age <strong>under any circumstances<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>TV-14 TV shows may not be shown to students under 14 years of age <strong>under any circumstances<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>No R-rated movies or portions of these movies are permitted to be shown in the St. Johns County School District.<\/li>\n<li>NR (Non-rated) films require that a form is signed by a parent\/guardian before a NR film can be shown to students.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Permission forms are available below.
