September is National Suicide Prevention Awareness Month. Suicide is the second leading cause of death for youth ages 10-19. Awareness of this public health problem is the key to preventing further suffering and loss of life. The SJCSD has partnered with Flagler Health+ to provide crisis support information on the back of high school ID cards. Students can text CARE4U to 741741 for free, 24/7, confidential support.
