Parent Assistant Notice Our most recent upgrade, while greatly improving the functionality of Parent Assistant, is no longer compatible with the AOL browser. However, you can use Internet Explorer or Mozilla FireFox with AOL. 1. Log in to AOL as you normally would. 2. Minimize AOL. 3. Launch your Internet Explorer or Mozilla FireFox browser. 4. Go to the Parent Assistant login page and log in as you normally would. If you do not have the latest version of Internet Explorer or Mozilla FireFox, you can download them here: Internet Explorer Mozilla FireFox Google Chrome: Parent Assistant is not currently compatible with Google's Chrome browser.
