eSIS Parent Assistant NOTICE: Schedules will not be available during summer months. Parents will be able to see student schedules once scheduling is complete in August. Parent Assistant allows parents to view their child’s educational information via a secure, password protected website. This program is available to all high schools, middle schools and grades 3-5 at participating elementary schools. We plan to offer Parent Assistant to other district schools in the future. Please use the links on this page to view the following Parent Assistant documents:       1. Parent Assistant Introduction Letter (also used when schools create user accounts): Provides general program description and purpose.  2. Parent Assistant FAQ's Provides questions and answers to common Parent Assistant program questions.  3. Parent Account Waiver   Provides parents the option to allow their child to pickup their Parent Assistant account information on their behalf. This form letter can be printed, then signed by the parent and returned to the school by the student.  4. Parent Assistant Out of Area Account Request   Provides parents the option to request a Parent Assistant account by mailing or faxing the completed form to the Administrative Office of their child's school.   5. Parent Assistant Login Provides the URL or website link to the Parent Assistant Login screen. Here is what the login page looks like: Parent Assistant Accounts: Parents will be able to receive their account information at their student's High School Open House, at other designated parent nights or by visiting the school's office during school hours with a photo ID. St. Johns County School District is not responsible for lost or stolen account information that could lead to unauthorized access to sensitive student information. Note: The Parent Assistant module is offered as an additional line of communication with your school and should not be considered the only form of communication.  While we will try to respond to parent feedback regarding any issues of this application, we regret that we do not have the resources to provide parent technical support.
