How to Schedule a Fingerprinting Appointment
To make an appointment for fingerprinting go to  and follow the instructions below.

Log onto website to schedule your appointment.
You will create a secure username/password to enter the system.
In the Reason why you need to be fingerprinted screen; the applicant will select I know my Fieldprint Code and enter the Fieldprint Code in the space provided.
Vendor Fieldprint Code: FPStJohnsVendor
Please note the access code IS case sensitive.
You will provide your contact and demographic information. The information requested on the scheduling site is the information required by FDLE/FBI in order to process the criminal search.
From this point forward the website will prompt you for the required information to find a local collection facility and schedule an appointment. Instructions, directions, maps, and photos will all be provided directly online.

Payment Process

The fingerprint fee is $98.00 (ninety-eight dollars) per transaction, this fee includes the badge. Payment must be made by credit card only. If the appointment is missed, there is a fee of $15.00 to reschedule.

How to check for clearance

It may take up to five business days for fingerprint results to get to Human Resources. You may check to see if employees have been cleared by accessing the school district web site Click on the Cleared Vendors List link. Vendors are posted by legal last and first name, vendor status, birth date, and date cleared.
Clearance will be good for five (5) years. After five years, a new fingerprint submission will be required. All clearance is still subject to approval by Saint Johns County School District.

St. Johns County School District will issue badges to all Cleared Vendors. Badges will be processed by Fieldprint, Inc. Payments should be made to Fieldprint at the time of the processing.
Contact St.Johns County School District five business days after processing to obtain your badge. Badges may be picked up at 40 Orange Street, Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.  Identification is required.
