Director for District Benefits and Salaries
Acts as liaison between the district and the health centers. Oversees and coordinates all activities regarding the administration of the district’s insurance committee.~ Supervises employee process involving benefits and salaries.~ Functions as the Plan Administrator for the district’s self-funded medical plan.~ Chief negotiator for SJESPA.~ Analyzes and sets salaries for Administrative, Managerial, Confidential employees.
Executive Secretary to the Director for Benefits and Salaries
Assists the Director with all duties associated with benefits and salaries.
Assists employees with insurance questions, retirement, and other duties as assigned.
Assists the Benefits Supervisor with all duties assigned to Benefits.
