At a minimum, the following screenings shall be provided by nurses from the St. Johns County Health Department:

Vision and Hearing Screening
Vision Kindergarten 1st Grade 3rd Grade 6th Grade 7th Grade	Hearing Kindergarten 1st Grade 6th Grade 7th Grade
Height and Weight
Full Service Schools Kindergarten 1st Grade 2nd Grade 3rd Grade	Other Schools 1st Grade 3rd Grade
Scoliosis
7th Grade 6th Grade for 2005-2006 students
