Community Relations
The Community Relations Department coordinates public information activities for the district including publications, media relations and public records requests.

Flyer Distribution
Requests to distribute flyers or printed materials in SJCSD schools per School Board Rule 9.06 must be submitted to the Community Relations Department for approval.
Permission for passive distribution is for tangible flyers only. Schools are unable to make copies. Any flyers approved for distribution are the responsibility of the requestor to provide to each school. Participation by principals is totally voluntary.
Schools do not send flyers home with students or staff members. Flyers cannot be accepted at the District Administrative Office for distribution and the use of school district email to forward or distribute digital or electronic copies of approved materials is prohibited.
